우주옥은 창가자리와 룸자리로 나뉘어있어요. 예약 없이 방문하면 거의 창가자리로 안내해 주시더라고요. 룸은 예약이 필수인듯합니다. 룸은 4인룸과 8인룸으로 이루어져 있어요. 4인룸이지만 2인이 예약했을 때도 예약은 가능했어요. 룸 안에는 편하게 갈아 신을 수 있는 실내화도 준비되어 있고, 옷걸이, 페브리즈 등이 구비되어 있어서, 안락하고 편안하게 식사하기 좋았어요. 우주옥에 가실 예정이시라면, 저는 룸으로 예약하고 방문하시길 추천드려요.

해운대 우주옥은 숯불에 고기를 직접 구워주신답니다. 참숯비장탄을 사용하여 고기를 구워주시는데, 역시 숙련된 직원분의 고기 굽는 스킬에 고기를 더 맛있게 먹을 수 있었어요. 고기가 나오자마자 고기 퀄리티를 확인시켜 주시는데 정말로 한우 1++답다는 생각이 드는 곳이에요. 뿐만 아니라 함께 나오는 반찬들도 하나하나 깔끔하고 정갈해서 고기와 함께 먹기 딱 좋아요. 귀한 날에 귀한 분을 대접해야 하는 자리라면, 우주옥 정말 추천드립니다.
